Overview

 Your team will have a business manager and one or more trip experts.  Your team will need to accomplish the following tasks:
• Download the tour.xls spreadsheet, rename it to #_last_last_tour.xls.  (Include last names of team members.)
• Include your company name and team members in the spreadsheet.
• Determine the route, camp sites, equipment, meals, and special features of the trip you provide.
• Enter prices into the spreadsheet and experiment with what prices to charge customers.
• Remember that the more you charge, the fewer customers you will have.  Your break-even point should be above three customers.

Travel Brochure

Travel Brochure should include.
• Logo for your company.
• Cost of trip per customer.
• Company name, address, phone number, email address, and website.
• Description of the trip you plan to provide.  Include a written summary, map, equipment you will provide, and what customers should bring.
• Menu for each day of the trip, minimum of three days with six meals.
• Your spreadsheet with graph, list number of customers needed for profit of $100, $1000, $10,000, and $1,000,000.
• Include pictures of llamas, bikes, souvenirs, and typical locations along the route.
• Bibliography of sources. Include URLs for all images and significant sources used to determine costs.
