Business Manager Tasks
• Decide on the price to charge each customer who goes on your tour.
• Create and turn in the business spreadsheet that shows your costs and profit or loss.
• Research which vehicle to rent as a shuttle vehicle. The business manager gets to make the final decision on which shuttle van/vehicle rent for the summer.
To Do List
• Set up your spreadsheet before starting anything else.
• Enter team members names, company name, math and Digital Literacy hours into the fields at the top.
• Enter costs for all of your trip supplies. You should select a vehicle while your partner sets up the menu.
• For the rest of the supplies, share the research with your partner.
• Write all prices, items, and sources in the word notebook. Include pictures and include the URLs where you find everything.
Important Hints
If your vehicle can not carry all the customers at one time, you will need to rent more vehicles. Always subtract one person from the number of people who can ride in the vehicle. The driver is not going on the tour and has to pick up/drop off other groups.You can't make a profit unlies you have at least three customers. One of the rules from your crazy relatives.
